Lebanon Residents Directory is a privately operated reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections relating to Lebanon, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with any agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Neither the service nor information reached through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Role

Pennsylvania law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, governs qualifying agency-record access; it does not make this private service an agency or a records custodian.
12. Severability
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
